One of our design professionals meets with you to understand your vision, needs, wants, & wishes for the project. Before we leave, based on your vision and wish list, we'll give you our ideas for the space/layout and a budget estimate for the project.

If and when you like our approach to your vision, we move on to preliminary drawings and layouts. This is highly collaborative with our designers producing floorplans, sketches and renderings and you giving us feedback on what you like and don't like. Typically in 2-4 versions, we have a great scope of work and guaranteed pricing to move forward. 

You tell us how you work best. We typically accompany clients to look at countertops, cabinets, tile and selections. If you want to do it on your own, no problem, we'll point you in the right direction. We want to make sure all of the selections are done before we start so we don't have to intrude in your space any longer than necessary

Before we start your project, we'll have a final site meeting with the homeowners to make sure we're all on the same page. We'll discuss how we are going to access your home, how we'll protect your floors & walls, how we'll dispose of the construction debris and how we'll keep you updated on the schedule throughout the project.

Once we have all of our "T"s crossed and "I"s dotted, we'll put in for permit and begin construction. Construction is NEVER fun, but we can make it less aggravating by eliminating surprises. Our clients will have access, via app, to our project schedule in real time. When something chances, and it always does, you'll know right away why it changed and how if affects the schedule.

At the completion of the project we'll conduct a walk through with the homeowners and compile a final punch list. You don't make your final payment to us until that punch list is completed to your satisfaction. We're not happy until you're happy. In addition to any product warranties, Junction Kitchen & Bath stands behind its work and will come out, at no charge, for 1 year to make any adjustments to cabinets, or materials we installed.
